Our NY RCPP retort vacuum bags are food‑grade transparent composite pouches designed for industrial cooked food packaging. They support standard 121℃ high‑pressure autoclave sterilization, the most common commercial retort process for ready‑to‑eat meals.
Different from ordinary boiling bags, these retort pouches maintain stable physical and sealing performance under high temperature and pressure. They eliminate the risk of delamination, seal rupture and film softening during sterilization.
The dual‑layer NY/RCPP structure balances puncture resistance, thermal stability and moderate barrier performance. It enables shelf‑stable storage for cooked food without daily refrigeration after professional retort processing.

NY (PA) Outer Layer

Nylon layer serves as the mechanical protection layer. It provides excellent tensile strength and outstanding puncture resistance. It effectively resists piercing from bone fragments, hard grains and sharp food particles during vacuum packaging and long‑distance logistics.
 

Retort‑Grade RCPP Inner Layer

The food‑contact RCPP layer is specially modified for high‑pressure retort environments. Unlike ordinary PE material, RCPP will not melt or deform at 121℃ pressurized sterilization. It delivers consistent heat‑seal tightness and safe food contact performance.
 

Key Material Limitation (Professional Reminder)

NY/RCPP structure is only applicable for 121℃ conventional retort sterilization. It cannot withstand ultra‑high temperature sterilization above 130℃. Meanwhile, this transparent structure has no light‑blocking ability, not suitable for light‑sensitive food with ultra‑long shelf‑life requirements.
