3 Side Seal Pure Aluminum Pouch is a four-side sealed vacuum pouch with three pre-sealed edges, built with PET / PA / AL / PE multi-layer composite film. This 3 Side Seal Pure Aluminum Pouch integrates an extra nylon PA layer compared with conventional PET/AL/PE 3-layer foil bags. The nylon layer delivers outstanding anti-puncture performance for food containing bones, hard particles or high oil content. The solid aluminium foil layer completely blocks UV light, oxygen and water vapor, while the food-grade PE inner layer offers reliable heat sealing during vacuum packing. These flat pouches are stackable, easy to fill and seal, widely used for high oil dry goods, frozen seafood, herbal materials and spice products requiring strong mechanical protection and long shelf life.

- For high-temperature sterilized products, choose PET/AL/PA/RCPP retort grade aluminum pouches.
