- PET outer layer: High tensile strength, good printability, resists surface abrasion during handling and logistics.
- AL aluminium foil core layer: Solid thin aluminium sheet, 100% light blocking, ultra-low oxygen and water vapor transmission rate.
- PE inner sealing layer: Flexible food-grade polyethylene, stable heat seal performance for vacuum packaging, good low-temperature resistance.
Important Note: This PET/AL/PE Food Aluminum Foil Vacuum Bags is NOT suitable for high-temperature retort sterilization (121℃ autoclave). It works for room-temperature dry goods or frozen storage only, cannot withstand high-pressure steam cooking.

Important Usage Notes
- Not applicable for retort high-temperature sterilization. The composite structure will delaminate under 121℃ high-pressure steam.
- Prevent sharp edges from puncturing the aluminium foil layer, which will destroy the barrier property.
- For food requiring industrial high-pressure cooking, select PET/AL/PA/RCPP retort aluminium foil pouches.
- Adjust vacuum machine seal time and temperature to avoid incomplete sealing or melting the bag edge.

Q1: What is the difference between PET/AL/PE and VMPET/PE vacuum bags? A: PET/AL/PE uses solid aluminium foil, with far stronger barrier and full light blocking. VMPET/PE only has thin vapor-deposited aluminium coating, lower cost but easier to damage.
Q2: Can Food Aluminum Foil Vacuum Bags PET/AL/PE go into boiling water? A: Short time boiling below 80℃ is acceptable. Continuous high-temperature steaming or retort sterilization is not allowed.
