Aluminum Foil Vacuum Bags for Food are 3-layer composite vacuum pouches made of PET outer film, solid AL aluminium foil core layer and PE inner heat-sealing layer. This Aluminum Foil Vacuum Bags for Food adopts real solid aluminium foil instead of vapor-metallized coating, forming an outstanding barrier against light, oxygen and water vapor. The outer PET layer brings tensile strength and scratch resistance. The aluminium foil layer blocks UV and visible light completely. The food-grade PE inner layer ensures consistent sealing performance during vacuum packaging. These pouches greatly extend shelf life, widely used for dry goods, spice powder, herbal ingredients and frozen food that require protection from air and light damage.

Important Usage Notes

  • Not suitable for 121℃ high-pressure retort sterilization. Delamination and seal failure will happen under retort high temperature.
  • Prevent sharp edges and hard food particles from piercing the aluminium foil layer, which will destroy the barrier property.
  • For products requiring industrial high-temperature cooking, select PET/AL/RCPP retort aluminium foil pouches.
  • Test vacuum sealer temperature and seal time in advance to avoid incomplete sealing.

A: PET/AL/PE uses solid aluminium foil, with far stronger barrier and full light blocking. VMPET/PE only has thin vapor-deposited aluminium coating, lower cost but easier to damage.

A: Short time boiling below 80℃ is acceptable. Continuous high-temperature steaming or retort sterilization is not allowed.
