Zipper standing mylar aluminium foil bags are flexible stand-up pouches designed for long-term storage of dry goods. The laminate structure is PET / VMPET / PE. The outer PET layer brings stiffness and printing surface; the middle VMPET vacuum metallized film delivers metallic barrier performance; inner PE layer serves as heat sealant for strong edge sealing.
The integrated zipper allows repeated opening and closing, protecting residual products from moisture and air contamination. The folded bottom enables the pouch to stand upright on shelves for retail display.

- This PET/VMPET/PE pouch is not for high temperature retort sterilization. It is designed for room temperature dry storage only.
- VMPET is vacuum metallized film, not pure aluminum foil. It offers good barrier but cannot be used for microwave heating.
- Check seal integrity after heat sealing. Sharp contents may cause puncture and damage barrier performance.
- Store finished empty bags away from high humidity and heavy pressure to prevent film delamination.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Is VMPET the same as pure aluminum foil?
A: No. VMPET is PET film with thin vacuum-deposited metal layer. Pure AL foil is thicker aluminum sheet. VMPET bags have metallic appearance, good barrier at lower cost than pure aluminum foil pouches.
Q: Can I heat this pouch in microwave?
A: No. Metallized layer will create spark inside microwave. Do not use for microwave heating.
